Sales Policy

Root & Stitch enters into a binding agreement once an order is placed by you (the buyer) and accepted by us (the seller). Once the order is confirmed, the price mentioned in the invoice by the seller will be final and inclusive of taxes and shipment charges.

Please note that once an order is confirmed by the buyer, it will be final, and no cancellation requests will be entertained. However, Root & Stitch reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unauthorized activity in the payment process.

In case a damaged or incorrect product is sent by Root & Stitch, the buyer must inform us via email & WhatsApp with the product tag, image, and invoice copy. Root & Stitch will arrange a pickup from your doorstep.

Once we receive the returned product and it passes our Quality Check (QC), we will ship the correct product within 2 to 3 working days.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellation: After placing an order, customers have one hour to cancel it. The refund will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method.
• Return Policy: If a customer wishes to return a delivered product, they must notify Root & Stitch within 24 hours via email, providing the tag number, invoice copy, and product image at Root & Stitch@gmail.com.
• Pickup & Refund: If the return request is made within 24 hours, Remmee India Pvt Ltd will arrange a free pickup. Once the returned item passes QC, the refund will be processed within 15 working days.
